GAME: CARGO TRAIN A.L.L

 

 



 

 

 

 

 

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS: This activity emphasizes the importance of the dynamics of a teamwork, the roles of the participants, the decision making process according to goals and the attitude of fulfilment of a task on time.

TARGET: Couch driver and instructors of A.L.L. cargo trains.

DIDACTIC OBJECTIVE: Team building and TQM principles ( Total Quality Management)

RESOURCES: paper, adhesive tape, sand, wood sticks

NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 6 to 12 per team

DYNAMICS OF THE GAME: The main objective was to build a prototype of a cargo train, which was able to carry certain amount of sand, keeping a parameter of deformation. Once this was achieved, they were engaged in building a number of units similar to the prototype at a stipulated time. An equation between the buyout of the card (raw material) and the quantity of units built, meeting the quality level requirements, defined the winner.
